I’m Elizabeth, the founder of Quinn & Co. Senior Transitions, and my passion for this work grew from years of working alongside seniors and their families during some of the biggest transitions of their lives.
Through my experience working in a local retirement residence, as well as my career as a Realtor, I have had the privilege of helping seniors and their families gather information, explore their options, make important decisions, and navigate the many moving pieces that come with a transition into retirement living.
Over time, I began to notice a gap.
Families were often faced with an overwhelming list of questions and decisions all at once:
Which retirement residence is the right fit? What level of care is needed? What can we afford? What do we do with the family home? Where do we even begin downsizing? Who can help us move? What happens next?
While there are wonderful resources available, families were often left to coordinate everything themselves.
I knew there had to be a better way.
That realization became the foundation for Quinn & Co. Senior Transitions.
My goal is to provide families with a knowledgeable, compassionate resource they can turn to throughout the transition process. From exploring retirement living options and understanding the different levels of support available, to connecting with trusted professionals for downsizing, moving, and real estate needs, Quinn & Co. is designed to help make the process feel more manageable and less overwhelming.
I believe this transition should be about more than simply moving from one home to another. It is about helping seniors find a place where they feel comfortable, supported, connected, and excited about the next chapter of their lives — while giving their families confidence that they are making informed decisions.
I am incredibly grateful for the seniors, families, and community members who have trusted me throughout my career. Their stories, experiences, and challenges are what inspired Quinn & Co., and they continue to shape the way I approach this work.
